In alot of fourums we get a Welcome to the Fourum note, I enjoy them on sites.
You can list rules on them.
It would be nice if this site could have one ^^

I suppose the news fader does kind of welcome people to this forum and yes I know what you mean by most forums have those messages... but they have those type of messages in different ways.
